Who doesn’t love a good takeout. They’re effortless and indulgent. Both our pie and our nole pizza lend themselves wonderfully to being placed in a boxed and devoured in the comfort of your own home. Our pies are made in our very own Pie Room at The Pembroke Arms. They’re hearty, shortcrust pies; served with mash, gravy and mushy peas. Our pizza dough, like our pies, is made at The Pembroke too. It relies on a patient dough making process and uses a traditional Neapolitan recipe. It’s a slow prove, fast cook concept, which importantly makes for a prompt collection time. If you haven’t had a nole before, please note that our toppings are far from traditionally Italian, and instead, we like to use the abundance of wonderful produce we’re surrounded by here in Wiltshire. We also like to get creative - in all that we do - but particularly with nole, so expect something a little wacky without any sacrifice to deliciousness.
